Misunderstood...

I'm in a world of hurt
And no shelter for my heart
When opinions collide
With the who I am inside

I'm tired of what they think
When it is my dreams that sink

The what that makes us afraid

Just what makes me grieve so
Misunderstanding's "I know"
Only to discover
Reality's no cover

I don't mind being lost
But that scam of being found
