Modern Day Junkies

The drugs dished out by 21st century barbers 

are in the dark ages like electroshock treatments 

of the mid-20th century 

and patients are still doin’ the Haldol shuffle.

The facts docs want to stifle. 

Cure all pills sweats and chills.

Involuntary muscle moments

and organ depletion make for 

a deadly combination.

So called mood controlling meds poison runs 

through "your" veins

That causes addiction, 

desperation and intense bodily pains.

Modern day medical world junkies 

are grappling for their lives

as pharmaceutical companies 

rake in billions of dollars in revenue 

while their counter part attorneys jostle clients 

with a pending death sentence point of view.

Instead of iron cages for the insane 

now it’s a chemical thick binding steel chain.

Every act and emotion is carelessly labeled.

There is no real medical help 

for the mentally disabled.

Most in the so called “professional” mental care

community are self-righteous control freaks 

that get their kicks out of dominating patients

 and they think they are saints!

Who is going to believe the mentally ill?

Doc push another pill!

Kick back dollars fill their pockets.

Costs of so called "medicines" rockets!

Modern day frontal lobotomies

are being executed by the push of a pen.

A supposed mental hospital is 

more like a drug induced prison.

Fug’em and their frickin’ book learned hoops!

They haven’t got a clue!

They’re just trying to justify their diplomas

and make money to satisfy 

their need to be in high rolling social groups! 

Personal experience is my claim.

The mental health system is a shame!!!! 

It's filled with quacks playing the money game!
