MOEBIUS SYNDROME

Please feel sorry for this girl aged eight
Someone has played her a very cruel fate
For she is a girl who I'm afraid can't smile
Not in her DNA and also not in her style

She has had this condition since her birth
So upsetting to have no happiness or mirth
Nothing can be done so the experts say
Moebius Syndrome is alas here to stay

I can't imagine how hard it is to have no joy
For I am considered a happy go lucky boy
I wish a cure could be found I really do
A devastating condition that's certainly true

The fish of the sea

Wow, I had no clue of this terrible fate, of this girl that can`t smile, that reality I hate. Thanks for the awareness of such an important issue. I would have missed if it wasn't for you. Love the work. TFOTS
