MOM IN HEAVEN
Today I heard your voice
So I have a reason to rejoice
You would have been ninety one years old today
Oh Mother, HAPPY BIRTHDAY!
I'm blessed with the life - you've given-
And the wondrous hue of flowers
Though they only lasted for hours
Then leaf withered to leaf
And Utopia submerged to grief
Dear Lord! How I wish aright
Your soul stays with me tonight.
To my mom who died of cancer 22 years ago.

Cancer, it's taking us all, thank god there is light after death. Your mom is proud of you, always.
Thank you Gerard. She bequeathed to me the illness, but I fought hard and won the strife.
I heard her calling my name in my dream. It was then I remembered today is her birthday.

I'm going into town today and stay as busy as I can...
