Your tower has killed me
You know it hurts 
When you look back 
Look back at time 
To the origin, 
I climb your steps 
Looking up at the moon I 
See the crescent 
Hear saints call Allah 
Lord; here is a Muslim
Who is a saint; not a kiLLer 
Take my possessions 
Take my gold 
But don't take my child 
For He is mine to behold 
Monsters of the mind 
Are not always minarets 
But most often men
