Morning Confusion

Morning Confusion

Early morning risers,no good for your eyesers,as agile as rats in a barrel

Your head's that scrambled, your lost for the seasons,d'you sing for summer or a Christmas Carol

In the dark your struggling to put on your socks, not knowing if they're left or right

Your head is banging in confusion,at that moment, you feel quite shite

Your kecks are on,progress at last, you think you've beat the morning setting

But your battle just starts again,as the tops that you don, last night, the state that they were left in

Dislocation is close as you struggle to put on your tops, your pressure of blood is rising

You wake up the whole house with your struggling and grunting and that's not so surprising

Your pack up was made the night before and your tea is in your flask

To have a better day as time ticks on,is that too much to ask
