Poem -

Mother

Gentle Earth, our mother, for you I weep
suffering, wailing, begging you scream at Earthlings
Let me softly sleep
Stop raping my mountains to search for gems
Let me softly sleep
as I make the rivers bend
 Cease the devastation of deforestation
Let my creatures live, for I am running out of things to give
Let me softly sleep, as my soul constantly weeps
Be kind to Earthlings as well, though they've caused my searing hell
I'm dying, immense pain is mine
I beg of you, let my Seas sparkle and shine
With this grief and this agony, I plead with dying breath
Let my weary Spirit rest
 You murderous Earthlings
you've ruined the home I gave you to keep
And before I go
Let me softly sleep
