Mother Earthly Passion
I forgot my mind last night,
Suddenly my heart took over,
As we lay under galaxies,
Kisses and salt clung to my neck.
Your eyes,
Oh baby, your eyes,
They left no part of my soul unseen,
and no part of my heart not fully connected to yours.
Between us lay nothing but everything,
Both our souls were freed from their human cages,
Poured out onto the sand,
To be one with each other and the earth.
Each piece of you clung to a piece of me,
And each piece of me clung twice as tightly to you,
Our pure passion for mother earth created something so incredibly delicate,
But also unbreakable.
It was more than love.
It was rare.
