Poem -

Mother's Might

Softer then a baby's breath
When stilled in the even breeze
A mom's power is unmatched
At first sight of her child's sneeze

For in her ability
Lies hidden her every can
Multitasking cause she will
And baby in her left hand

Her unheard of energy
Matched by puzzling silence
Soft kisses, rumbling cries
Or scent that tells her presence

Those curls make secrete her strength
While her eyes crumble all knees
The wind braces for impact
And storms beg their secrete pleas

She's the force behind all No's
Lift and glory to yeses
River of life to husband
Dead end to all his kisses

The marvel in her control
Like rudder in any ship
Always too small to be seen
What she can turn with her lip

Governments run their countries
Mothers and authority
Men may salute their own flags
Mothers fly priority
