Then he runs a 10k hike

He races along a riverside, riding on his bike

Theres nothing that he will not do..coz this  local lad is so sportsmanlike

He is well-known in his neighbourhood as that OTT, fit guy..’Motivated Mike’

But no-one ever sees him when he’s resting watching the telly

Keep fit has gone right out of the window..as he’s stuffing his big belly

Drinking pints of beers whilst he’s scooping pots of jelly

Pouring those cans of ciders down is neck..giving it some welly!!!

Haha so from the crack of dawn, Mike is that mighty motivator..he is never, ever still

But when he gets home in his own house..all he wants to do is chill

Yet he absolutely loves nothing better than working out in the gym..he will push himself just for the thrill
