Poem -

The Mountains in Morn

The verdant valley lies below

 Lush and dripping with dew,

Yet on my brow, I feel the glow,

The warmth of the golden hue;

I climb the Mountains in Morn

And love’s path is well worn.

The world lies at my feet

As I look from sublime heights,

Yet all my thoughts meet

And fill my heart with delights.

As I climb the Mountains in Morn

I am as one truly re-born.

The eagles on upward thermals soar,

But whose spirit is the richer

And who values their freedom more;

What is the bigger picture?

As I climb the Mountains in Morn,

Yes! Love’s path is well worn.
