Mum you were a moment, a treasure wrapped in love , you stilled my fears at night when darkness made them hurt , you danced my pain away when life was so unkind and held me in your arms when courage I couldn’t find .you listened to my thoughts and helped me to be brave and always gave my strength to face another day, but now your breath is weak , your hands need mine to hold , I’ll sit here now beside you and kiss away the cold, I’ll listen to your thoughts and smile a happy smile ,the Mother that I love who’s made my life worthwhile.
