Poem -

MUSIC

MUSIC

Harder, tougher, stronger the minds

Before music, as ice to the sun, melts.

Heaviness to hearty, sorrow to solace

To soul, when flows, the music.

So deep the sea, peak the mountains

      Stretchy, never ending the deserts,

Thick the forest, and the sky boundless.

Far high, dominating, the music, surpasses.

Music, the language of mind, common to all

Where no religion, no colour, no caste at all.

It's a wave, flows over the boundaries

No barrier, any where, spreads every where.

To a stressed mind, the healing touch

To the celestial spot, transports the mind

     Relaxed, relieved, and retired

To a solitude of spiritual sensation.

Greetings (Bro) Sayed,

The (Alphas and Omegas) of all that exist  and will exist, in this poems, for every cause there is an affect and music, (just as this poem), has its own way, of soothing the savage heart in all of us and with no stipulations of monetary gain attached. You have once again captured the essence of a single note and transformed it, into a serenade worthy for all to hear and become tranquil to....Love this poem and the way you have presented it, just as you always do and with a powerful, well learned,(message attached).....

Take Care My Friend,

Jim

Thanks a lot my dear Jim,

As you always do, now itself you have studied and analysed this poem in detail. I always like to write such this type of topic and your support and encouragements have done much on me.

Music, a wonderful abstract aspect that overtakes every thing, thank you once more, dear Jim

Greetings my friend,

You are quite welcome sir and you have given us all, a tune to carry and a musical note to always listen to, if not out loud, (quietly) can we enjoy it, in our head, from your imagery and well presented words of times of solace.

Thanks my friend,

Jim

I come from a family of musicians.  My Dad taught me how to read and write music.  I played the clarinet as a child.  I think music holds prophecy and portent as well as memories.  Music reaches the soul as no other venue can.  It allows a freedom to explore terrain that can be traversed spiritually.  Excellent write!

Music is one of my great loves, and what you say in your poem is true. Music has the power to lift our spirits, and it can carry a message or be light-hearted. Long live music! I enjoyed reading this poem.
