MY ANGEL

As the wind howls outside the window
It echos throughout my mind
These tortured thoughts I think
As I dwell on the future night

The lights are off now
The roller blinds are down
I'm laying on the sofa
With know one else around

Thinking of an angel
A saviour from this night
As I hug my pillow
The wind echoes throughout my mind

Will the sea keep crashing
Will the rain start to fall
Will the wind keep howling 
Will I ever talk to you

For I know you are around me somewhere 
On this lonely stormy night
But for now I will take comfort in my pillow
Until we finally meet one night.
