My Annulment from God

My Annulment from God

His mortal touch, his eyes, real.Β
Never before have I felt wantedΒ

I am a sinful defector of the church. Casting my clerical collar to the floor I feel lust pulsating beneath my robe.Β

I want complete adoration, but when you are near, I become clouded in temptation

I curse you, yet love you, a distraction from God is what you are but I cannot deny that I don't enjoy every moment you offer into me.Β

No longer does the wisdom of Solomon nor the catechism fill me with joy, its only you I desire.

ASTONISHINGLY profound GERARD!!..... I'm so glad I went back and checked out your page....... This is absolutely brilliant poetic prose!!...... It's controversial and pushes SO many buttons that it is not just compelling ......but stands WAY out amidst the sea the average attempts at stunning subject matter!!.......I could go on & on..... but no need..... It stands tall enough all on its own!!.......GREAT work here dear poet brother!!.........PINNED!!......wow!!......LOVE and ROCKETS!!.......T xo ?✴???✴❀
