My bloomin’ bird bath

I will tip toe through my tulips avoiding the path
There is a Great Spotted Woodpecker splashing in my bird bath
He looks like he’s enjoying his little self having a laugh
so I shall snap him with my camera and take a photograph

I will have to go cautiously so that he doesn’t hear
Coz a stone throw away from me is really very near
Tho I would never harm him so he need not ever fear
But alas he has a bird brain so that would be unclear

Oh woody Woodpecker you have flown away
As I stand forlorn with my camera
I get no snapshot today
What a pity I think to myself in dismay
“Crikey Moses” there is another rarity in my bird bath
A beautiful blue Jay
