My bundle of joy ?

Puckered pink tiny lips blowing bubbles as  you sleep..grinning and grimacing amidst your dreams so deep..an immaculateness of innocence.. a pureness so sweet with your chubby little legs kicking your wrinkly bare feet..

Such a bundle of perfection swaddled in your newborn clothes.. with one sock pulled up and another falling off your toes.. Oh my little hunnybun how you fill my heart with blessed sighs.. with happiness and adoration welling tears of pride and joy in my eyes..

Cradled in your cozy crib..suckling on a soaked thumb..  such a sweet face on one side lying comfy on your soft tum..as I sing you a lullaby, the one my Mother used to sing to me.. back to bygone days when I was her little baby
