I loved watching you trying to walk,
It's so funny when you learnt how to talk.

As you smile your eyes gleam, 
My heart is filled with a loving steam.

Hearing you laugh,
Is a heavenly path.

Holding your hand,
Is so grand.
 
Stroking your hair,
Knowing we are a great pair.

Steering you to play, 
But so wanting to stay.

Cuddling you tight,
Even if it ment a fight.

Kissing your lips,
Is a magic glips.

Nursing you to sleep,
Feelings where so deep.

Strong in heart,
We will never be apart.

For you are my child,
The day I truly smiled.
