MY CIRCLE OF LOVE

What would we do without family,
present and past
They define who we are
and even take us to task,
Our parents give us the start in life
with all their love and care
In all our trials and tribulations
through our lives, they are there
Our brothers and sisters are family
and our first real friends
Playing together as children having fun
or squabbling it depends
Then we grow and go out in the world
and find our life`s beau`s
We have children ourselves and so
our family expands and grows
But sadly we lose loved ones
and grieve for their loss
But we know we will meet again
our paths will once again cross
My family are the air i breathe
my reason for living
They are my circle of love in life
right from the beginning..

Hey debs you are truly right in your poem. Our family really does determine to an extent of who we turn out to be . My grandpa was like a second dad to me ,he taught me how to fish ,work on cars ,gardening just to name a few if I did not have my family I would be utterly lost . Loved the poem .hugs to you rock

Hi Cherie.. Family to me is the most important thing in my life
I have argued with my brother once or twice but my Grandfather

person and make up we always did lol i miss my parents desperately
for just being there for their love and guidance,

Hi Debs,
Ones' circle of life, this circle of love that we travel, losing some, gaining others, progeny engendered. Gravesites wept at. Faded photographs, distant memories. This circle of life, this circle of love. Beautiful write.
Hugs, Peace and Love,
xox Larry
