Ya know, sometimes, when you stare
At your computer too long
And you're half asleep anyway
But still you try to push on
And you've typed your first brilliant line
But somewhere in your mind
You get lost, and you awaken seconds later
Just as your head started to nod
And you look at your screen
At words you must have thieved
Because these words don't look familiar at all
I think my computer must keep freezing my brain
So I try to write brilliantly again
But by the end of my line, I'm lost in twilight
And I haven't written my intent
So I force myself into awareness again
And so I look to my screen
And I realize this can't be a dream
Because these are the words staring back at me
My ComPuTer KeEps FreeZiNg mY BrAin......

Hey t I can relate to a point . I write all my poems down in paper before they hit cosmo . I do get sleepy sometimes and call it a night because it is time to unwind . I think fresher  early at night before the sandman comes and freezes my brain. I enjoyed this write alot.  I can relate! !!hugs to you hrlÂ
Hey Hardrocklover!!.........I do the same thing.........I write EVERYTHING down first in Notebooks........that way I never have to worry about things like the electricity in the entire world going out........and thereby losing all the work I've done to the world of technology!!..........sounds stupid ~ I know!!........but I don't trust computers.........."Big brother Is Watching!!" Very relatable write T, im sure that most of us go through these computers falling asleep on us they can't be machines like us lol. I have a problem with that coming up with a title a brilliant starting lines then fall asleep on the couch. Make my way upstairs to bed and once I lay down in bed thats when the computer unfreezes and the wifi kicks back on and of I don't write it down it's lost, happens all the time hence im a machine don't know how I ever get any sleep. Good write my love and respect.

I'll keep this short, this was a very creative and compelling write on something many of us have trouble with, I can't complain this was very original

Another great piece T, well written honey. I write the old fashioned way, in note books, I now have quite a few on my desk. I don`t trust myself with techno stuff because I can be such an air head at times.
