Poem -

My crux

In darkness, I hide my sins.
Yet there! They lie and wait...
Always seeking out the light,
The little truths I cannot bear.

Struggle...futile, owned by my sins,
I cannot seem to sate...
The urge to cause more blight,
Upon my soul, I hold dear.

Sins upon countless sins.
Growing till my inevitable date...
When my eyes I close to eternal night...
To meet my stalking fear.

Forgiveness! Begged of my sins...
Blood washed stains of late.
Will I ever know, if man was right
And if any, for me, shall shed a tear?Β Β

Continuous loathing fight...
