My Curse

My mind is an extinction of an existence 
Armageddon upon the planet and I miss it
Stomach acids churn and start to bubble 
Vomit spits through my teeth from the rubble 
Insanity clouds the mind from the truth 
The world is a horse but mankind is the hoof 
We only carried it till we hadn't a use anymore 
And now nature buries our cities to the floor 
And I'm the only one left in this cold place
Icicles hang rigid from my frigid face 
Nature went and retaliated when we beckoned 
I can't take the loneliness for another second 
Fire spits from the red clouds headed for me 
I'm the only living thing left that they see 
I just want an amputation of my last breath 
All that's left now is a dissection of death 
And the phantasms haunting me and my shadow 
I never even conceived of a fate so shallow 
But in Hell I'm just another insect in a hive
Surrounded by death, cursed to remain alive
