My English Rose

When in full bloom all eyes do zoom upon your silk petal textured skin. Your petite nose and confident pose, your floral scent, all above heaven sent.
Your eloquent speech inner thoughts it does reach,
Your satin eyes free from styes and watery cries
You keep a sane mind, reality easy to find
When you feel down face expression no frown, you don't want to drown in life's ups or downs
You move with grace and full smile on your face, and make me feel good like an English rose should
You flower all year round in your fertile ground
Will water you with love
Will keep you warm and shine a light in black darkness of night
Goodnight my English rose, my eyes are tired and need to close
Will see you soon
Say
Twelve o'clock noon

This is a very nice poem. I enjoyed your thoughts about the English rose. I liked all the inner line rhymes. Good job, Anthony
