My Feelings & Fancy’s?

Thinking ways to share my thoughts
What will my chosen topic me
Envisaging the eyes that reads it
I need a vision only they can see

To capture a world of mystery
Or to simply recite a lovers plight
Such a marvellous form of art
If the poet can portray it right

I become lost within my bubble
Enjoying the images I share
Rhyming words & forming verses
There are no boundaries hidden there

I search for fresh inspiration
Something that has caught my eye
Whilst sneakily staring at the people
Personality of the passerby

So many zany ideas flow freely
Fiction or fact I do not care
Passing time with pen & paper
I blot out surroundings unaware

Background noise is abhorrent
I find silence before I begin
Then jotting down my dittys
My feelings & fancy’s I form within
