Poem -
" MY LOVE, MY GUITAR.."
A tuneful voice, with bass near top
Does make my musical heart soar
As I sit atop a stool, audience aroar
Brings to my soul, no reason to ever stop
It burns my blood, turns my pick to riding crop..
Riding strings, and when a note like her
To the front, comes the guest-stars billboard
The whisky and beer the bartender does pour
Into the mix, of cheers and floor stompers
My Love, my guitar, it's her music I prefer...

Thanx D!!.........I play almost ALL original tunes! (95% or so)....... every now and then I do MY OWN versions of "Eighteen" (Alice Cooper)......... Cat Stevens....... Neil Young....... stuff like that..... but MOSTLY all original music seems to go over better for me personally...... bringing something of myself to an audience is one of my favorite things ON THE PLANET!.......thanx for asking bro!!........ peace......T xo
I would have settled for a simple rock n roll brother lol. But I respect that you are doing more original stuff then covering, because that is what real artists do. Peace out Rockstar!

Omg is is exactly how I feel about guitar. Absolutely love it when a poem relates to me. Although, have to admit, I haven't been on stage in some years. Made me realize how much I miss it.

Of course! I actually played many concerts in symphonic band and jazz band. Actually am supposed to be on stage soon with a punk rock band (afraid!) lol don't anytime my friend!
