Poem -

My Lucy

Eyes always glittering,
Teeth always shining,
Passions always burning,
Lucy was the perfect woman.

Yesterday she had moved in,
And in a fortnight,
We were to be wed.

But one day,
I entered the office,
And saw my Lucy,
In a passionate embrace,
With a man unbeknownst to me.

She saw me,
And stopped in her tracks,
Pleading with me,
Telling me that it was not so.

But it was over.
We were finished.
