"My Prayer to the Still Morning"

"My Prayer to the Still Morning"

give wings to my feelings and carry me on a breeze, into that last sweet emotion i race. comfortable in this ever crowding solitude, scraped and stretched thin like two diamonds in a sea of smiling skin. to open my dreams and read aloud to the world within, like balm to sate the storm, my calm before the scorn. ravage my deep seeded universe with the tides of unconscious malice to control and liberate my manifest destiny to the crouching corners of the kingdom. mercy for the meek, thy kingdom come, thy will be done.
