My safe haven 💕

This is where I will dwell til the day that I die

As sure as that feathered friend flies high in the sky

Amidst the sound of the ocean and those Seabirds shrill cry..

That house with that tall roof and the garden outside

Is my refuge of safety and a space I can hide

There is nowhere in this whole wide world where I would rather bide

It listens to my laughter and has sighed when I’ve cried..

Four decades and more I have lived in this location

My heavenly harbour, my solace salvation

Such a solid, familiar, firm foundation
