MY SPECIAL ANGEL FRIENDS

A big thank you for being in my world....

I have to take a moment to clear my writing head
The poems I wrote today, brings me hope, I am fed
Whatever comes next, I'll write that down too
And when I get it out on paper, I'll share it with you...

I can't think today without rhyming, it's become my muse
It helps me see my successes, even when I lose
For all the friends in my life, I'm filled with gratitude
Because, out of all the people on this earth, I was the one you choose

You are all my special angels, through your light I've learned to grow
Wherever this road takes me now, I'll hold you in my soul
And if there should be darkness, your love will be my light
That is what will keep me going, and I will be all right

Another day to praise the Lord for these words he sends to me
Another day of growing, learning more of what I can be
As I advance, the doors will open, and this time I will walk through
Because you and God both protect me now, I'm grateful to have friends like you...

Thanking all of you beautiful angels for giving me another chance
I've changed, I care, and I do need your guidance on this road as I advance
Remember that when I love, my love for you will last until the end
And, because God sent you in my direction, I’m proud to call you my friend…
