You are the driving force
In all that I do
And steady my course
For all I go through

You tear down or build up
As hopes destroy
And command without stop
No matter what annoy

You allow or withhold
With your silent strength
And guard just as bold
At any cost or length

You set the stage
For my success or failure
And stay on any page
That gives you pleasure

You bend or break the will
As if you are me
Like a champion, you sit still
Depending on what is set free

You never forgive or forget
The last to leave the stage
With or without regret
Holding all within your cage

You will listen to me
And I will speak this once
I will choose what you get to experience and see
And will measure every ounce!!!
