My Thanksgiving Prayer

To you Lord I give thanks in everyway

For the blessings of my life

To the people in my day

For Michael and Donna

And the love we now share

For the strength to keep them safe

And show them that I care

For my place in life as I walk along

Thank you for the wisdom

That is making me strong

For lifting me up when I fall down

And lighting my way as the world turns around

For your breath of winds the sea and the sun

And the blessing of life you gave everyone

Thank you Lord
