My Thoughts [Aaron Phyall]

 Afghanistan,
 Syria,
 Russia the Ukraine.
 The fighting's so familiar,
 Its driving me insane!

 I watch the news intensely,
 Trying to work it out.
 what are we all doing,
 To ourselves,
 I scream out!

 Maybe I could help I'm thinking,
 By writing something new.
 But could I really stop the world,
 From turning into shit ?

 Islamic state is troubling,
 A force that looks so cool.
 A force to be reckoned with,
 NLP being used!
 What would you do,
 In their position?
 Fractioned across the globe.
 In a western state of dominance,
 where the truth is barely told!
 Not saying its right,
 To chop off peoples heads!
 But what do we do with,
 Our weapons of death?
 Their way of fighting,
 sword in hand.
 Not a killing machine,
 Killing thousands of man!

 I think its important,
 To look at all sides.
 Not just the culture,
 We grow up inside.
 News media here,
 Is definitely bias,
 There is a war going on.
 David and Goliath!

 If you do one thing,
 After reading this verse.
 Don't knock me,
 Because I'm the one!
 Trying to explain,
 what is going on.
 Look at all we have here,
 Its so wrong!

 Here material things,
 Are something we follow.
 But do you realise,
 The money we borrow?
 From Africa,
 We need to borrow or take.
 In my opinion a big mistake!

 Why do we think we are right here?
 Because we have,
 Plenty of food,
 And loads of nice beer!
 Cars to drive in,
 And mansions for shelter,
 Look what we have!
 With egos self centred.

 Ebola in west Africa,
 And the whole world seems to baulk,
 But what would we want them to do,
 If the disease was in our port?

 Smart phones and I Pads,
 Chinas working like drones!
 Their people in factories,
 Fingers to the bone!
 We expect others,
 To produce our goods,
 For a piece of paper,
 Its not good!

 I leave you now,
 With these verses,
 I hope they do some good.
 If I could explain
 My thoughts much clearer,
 I surely bloody would!
