MY TYPE OF MAN

I wrap myself in cotton wool 
as a buffer against the pain. 
to not fall in love, get hurt once more,
and suffer it again
I`ve loved three times and every one
has been, such a mess
of confrontational, arguments
that gives you lots of stress
 

Is it me, or the men i choose,
i always ask myself
or is it i just have a type,
i think i need some help
I tend to go for the rock star look
 with long flowing hair,
leather jacket, denim jeans,
sweet music we could share

But i also like someone who`s,intelligent
a thinker is a must,
and  he also has to be loving,
 and in him i can always trust.
I`ll get there someday, i`m sure i will
 and if not well never mind,
I`m quite happy staying single
so,true love, i`ll leave behind.
