Poem -

My Valentine.

I cant love you anymore.
You broke me
I can't love you for that

You set my world on fire.
And pushed me away
So you and your stupid beard weren't caught in my seething flames

I hate you for that.

You made me love you.
Forced yourself in
Made me walk away

Stolen nights and wasted time.

I gave you my heart.
Pretty girl good girl dancing in her own light
You saw my sunlight and stole it.
How can i love someone like that?

Your eyes went blank, I didn't listen.
I hate myself for that.

Where were my flowers and candles?
Where were the rose petals laid out on the bed?

Scratches on my thighs, down my back,
No thats what i got,
Happy valentines said the bruises on my neck.
I went along with you,
I didn't listen.
Where were my candles?
Where were my flowers?

Its just blood and red and bruises and my aching barron heart.

I hate you for that.
Happy valentines day.

Wanting all the happiness I had
You saw my sunlight and stole
