My Vision Love

My vision love, a fractured glass, a toe to tip, the blood and
Ash. But lute to heart, the lope of knights, an errant soul,
Adrift the nights. And claret prose, to woo the wave, a tear
To rise, a cultic cave. And torn apart, the fate of stars,
Adept to vice, a life of scars. My vision love, the cards
Aflame, the fleece of grief, the shroud of pain. But wisdom
Born, the bane ablaze, the wings of peace, to soothe the rain.
And dahlic verse, a spirit flare, the birth of love, a violet prayer.
My vision love, a fractured glass, a toe to tip, the blood and
Ash. But flute to soul, a russet flame, a gusset gift, the lift of
Pain. And dellic scars, the figs of light, the rift of grief, the
Peace of life. And humble pride, the cult of waves, the tent
Of God, Elijah’s cave. And dahlic verse, a spirit flare, the
Birth of love, a violet prayer.

Hey Glenn, you know what I catch myself doing when I read your stuff? I kind of stay above it and let the timing and rhythm take me through all those massive amounts of imagery, otherwise I feel like I'm missing something....there is so much beauty in your your imagery, you either have to read it 3 times or let your minds eye guide you (I hope that made sense)....."the tent of God.." haven't heard that one before.......stunning write Glenn.......tony xx
Hey Tony. I thank you for reading the poem closely. And for the tent of God, I pulled that from the OT.
