My Vows

you are all I ever wanted 
everything I've always needed 
you are the place I call home 
sleepless night I turn to you 
I press up closer  
wanting to feel your heart beat 
and know that it only beats for me 
I hope that one day our house will become a home 
full of ten tiny feet and ten toes 
a perfect mix of your tanned skin 
and my forest green eyes
