My writing: "You can live again" By Ben Goode (c) 2014.

My writing: "You can live again" By Ben Goode (c) 2014.

There is that voice, only you can hear.
To listen, it will cost you dear. An intrusion in your very mind.
A voice of doubt that's never kind.
A voice you can't block out with ears.
This monster causes many tears.
"Try and smile, I'll break you down. I'll take your pride, it won't be found. In that darkness is your day, take your life, I'll go away."
You listen when you know its wrong, you try and try to just be strong. People saying that they know, the sadness stays and never goes. Pushing you to your wits end.
But its good to know you have a friend. You think that they won't understand, but someone does and holds your hand.
Alone you know you cannot stay, or you won't see the light of day. But you can stay and live again, it doesn't have to be the end.
Talk to parents, trusted friends. There is hope I found it true, hope this is some help to you
