Natural beauty

How can one delicate seed
Transform to a beautiful crimson flower
Such an amazing change indeed
Is natures wonderous power

I scoop a little acorn
They lay in abundance infront of me
Whilst imagining how on earth 
This small lump emerges to a tree

Not just any wooded timber
Oh no this is a masterstroke
For this hand-held odd item
Becomes the massive mighty oak

Natural splendour is bountiful
Like the ever coloured changing skies
But I wonder if many of us appreciate
Scenery right before our eyes

A variety of garden birds
Sweetly singing on a tree
All with unique chirping sounds
That are identifiable to thee

Seasons fickle weather
Now theres a pattern we note
Winter comes upon us
We hunt out our wooly coat

City dwellers amongst us all
Take a break to the countryside
If you haven’t already seen it
Will think you’ve went to heaven & died

Whilst in every direction to look
Glorious transformations are everwhere
So colourful like a mythical book
Transfix it in your memory & stare
