It's amazing how much nature can inspire
Your soul to recognise what it does desire
It's magical how it can help illuminate
The parts of your self you've let ruminate
It is an incredible mirror of us reflecting
The truth inside we should be protecting
That we are one with all the elements of earth
We possess them all and have done since birth
We have unlimited power and are ever changing
Our bodies and minds constantly rearranging
But with the natural rhythms we are in sync
From the earth and sun's energy we drink
