Nature Wild

~~Lying on this bed, Voices in my head
Screaming, crying, pleading, Got to stop the bleeding
So dry- cannot drink, So confused- cannot think
Does this ever end? Will I ever mend?
Shivering in pain, Oh here it comes again!
Body’s closing down, Onlookers wear a frown
Sweat seeps from every pore, Shattered, angry, sore
Please take this pain away, Must be another way
Broken, open, spent, Look down- heaven sent
A tiny wailing form, Sun after the storm
Pain rolling away, An angel in the fray
A lusty, healthy cry, Waves the hurt goodbye
Hand me the nature wild, My precious, beautiful child
