Poem -

Navigational waters

I'm a ship lost at sea.
Drowning in my own insecurities.
I see the light.Β
I try to reach.Β
It's so far and everything swallows me.Β
I've lost my course. Why can't i feel the force?
I should be crushing.Β
I should be dead. Again i see the light straight ahead.Β
This time it won't leave without grabbing a hold of me.Β
The darkness inside of me comes to a brief.Β
The waters are still.Β
The wheel is set.Β
I saved me from myself.Β
That's the last of the darkness i ever felt
