Never Be The Same

I was carried in a human body that was protected from all the harm
except for what was put in my body.

To a world where I didn't have any protection from the harm at was allowed
I had to take the harm and keep going.

You wonder why I have had to shield myself the only way, I knew how
and that was the drugs I put in my own system.

Now there is a problem with that, when you could have put the same drugs
in your system so I would not have to live a life as I did.

I wanted something to numb the pain, I wanted the pain to go away
now it is gone and so are you.
