Poem -

The Never Ending Someday

The Never Ending Someday

Just battle through a little more,

Someday it will all be fine.

Every night has an ending,

Someday you'll find your dawn.

Seven years I have been fighting,

Stuck in a never ending war,

The night has not been ending,

Just darkening everyday.

This Someday that people speak of

Is nothing but a lie.

My entire life shall be a battle,

Simply ending as I die.

Your struggles will get easier,

Someday all will be well.

Everything happens for a reason,

Someday you will know why.

7 years I have struggled,

This illness thrashing within my veins.

There is nothing so important,

That anyone should feel this pain.

This Someday will never happen,

It’s just an empty word.

No one has seen a someday,

and neither will I.

Very pretty poem by a lady whom sees her tomorrows lent and spent already in her today's. Keep your heart open and your optimistic thoughts high on your want list, there do exist a new day on the horizons and it waits patiently, just for your belief in its will to allow you to once again believe on your days to come, for theses are those set a side for you only, but you must believe as it believes in your path to it to be not marred and obscured..... Pretty poem Leah accompanied by a lot of optimism on your tomorrows, yours have been chosen now you must choose it....

Kindest regards,

Jim

It's almost as if i can feel your pain through your words. thats an amazing act of talent. my brother has a chronic illness and he refuses to reply to a "someday". i hope you do find some relief if nothing else.

Very well written to express your inner thoughts. I am sorry for whatever struggle you are going through. Poetry is such a good outlet for feelings. And this one conveys that particular feeling quite well.
