Never Enough

Never Enough

I settle for less
Cause that's all I am,
I realize this

I know my dreams,
Are nothing to you
There nothing to me now too

I gave up a long time ago
I hid my tears
So you wouldn't know

I'm never enough
For anyone,
I Can never be
Like the sun,

Don't bother me
I've had enough pain
I do something good
With nothing to gain

If only I was worthy
Of a piece of love
If I could just be wanted
By the one above

But I'm not good enough
To be who I am,
I'm not strong enough
To stand

Even my breath
Is ridiculed
My life and heart
Pulled from me

I'm never, never enough
For anybody
