‘Never judge a book by it’s cover’

First appearance can be deceptive
An immediate falsify
A fudged fabrication
from within the mind’s eye
How can one criticize a character
without the knowledge of the truth ?
It takes time to gain evidence
one needs demonstrated proof
‘Never judge a book by it’s cover’
whilst this idiom is very true
Isn’t it so simple to misread a situation ? I know I often do
One should be willing to except circumstance
what has past before has gone
Give the benifit of the doubt,
start anew & move on
‘Innocent until proven guilty’
surely everyone deserves a second chance ?
One has not the wisdom nor the comprehension on an initial glance

Hey JILL!!.....VERY good poetic advice... and delivered in that style of yours that seems to be developing beautifully...... you have a knack for conveying your subject matter in that well crafted A,B,A,B, rhyme scheme...... it's a style that's working for you ~
