Never More

Never More

So, untethered a form

flued

       an eternal shifting

     never settled

never still

a strange thing

shadow

watching mist dance through sky’s eyes

                waiting

a rarity

         steel clarity dispersing

   deception

reveling hunters gaze

             sun pierces silence stealing time

of which there is already so little

             bringing mist

shadow flees cruel rays

              hunter hidden

           shadow glimpsed truth

Someone I love dearly enjoys testing me and gave away more than they had meant to.

I've been reading your work. Sorry it took me a while. Your writing reminds me of an American poet, Louise Bogan. Your lyrical choice of words, the imagery, the dark melancholy undertones in your writing...near exquisite.
