Poem -
neverhow...
I put me down somewhere, I
know that I did
I said... stay there a while just
you hold safe that smile
I'll come back I promise when
dark turns to light, I promise to
come back when things seem
more right, but now
No dim lit corners or brightly lit
space
Seem willing to ever reveal
that hid place
And I'm treacherous bad to
abandon her now, but some
things it seems can't get right
neverhow
So I've give up the searching for
me or that smile, and
it's been years for sure, yep
it's sure been a while
and
I'm treacherous bad for not
trying too hard
but hey,
that's just life
things get lost
that's the cost.
