New Acquaintance Old Friend
New Acquaintance Old Friend;
What was known is nothing now,
For now we careless in knowing what,
Familiar faces, misplaced names;
Strange disdain of the currently unfamiliar;
Holding past to heart
~Heart; give up~
 On what one cannot be forever holding;
~Reach out, rekindle friendships former~
Only former self forgiving enough to Reach,
Greetings worthy of me to be given,
Glad to see in health, respective for greetings,
Goodbye mysterious unknown… Goodbye;
Fare thee well, and go in Gods holy name
Ventures with you no further,
Goodbye.

Hey Devon . Alot to take in from this write.  I could written something similar after my separation from my ex. People do come into your lives but the good ones are always there to lend a helping hand. Sometimes it is hard to let go and say goodbye but hanging on to hurt on the inside is no way to live . Sometimes letting go is painful but in the end it better for the soul. Hugs to you rock.  I know about personal problems.I have had my share in the past . That poem would be too long to write Â
