New Love

My spirit flies so high these days,
No more doubting, no more pain,
I never thought I’d say it,
But I fell in love again. 

They are sweet and kind and generous,
They try to just bring care,
They are thoughtful, strong and powerful,
With a love that’s true and fair. 

Each day, they teach me something new,
Something positive and free,
For the person that I love so much,
