NEW START

Life began again for me

When I started writing poetry.

It gives me so much pleasure

And this I now treasure.

Words

Through the black fog of grief

Flood my brain

And give me blessed relief.

To put pen to paper

I`ve found comfort and fun.

I`ve found a new world

It`s as if my life has just begun.

When my world was turned upside down

Left behind for me, I found

This writing world

An open door to release.

This saviour of my world

Has finally given me peace.
